Adaptive Leadership Workshop

HLeading change is complex.You need to work across organizational boundaries, build partnerships, deal with conflict and overcome differences in values, visions and desired outcomes. Plus you need to have a thick skin! Registration is now open for the foremost introduction to Adaptive Leadership offered in the U.S. The workshop will be personally run by Eric Martin, Founder and Senior Leadership Advisor at Adaptive Change Advisors (ACA). Maximizing Interprofessional Teamwork in Clinical Care, Education and Reseach
