This year’s guest presenter, Dr. Barry Egener, led the development of the Charter on Professionalism for Health Care Organizations. This project grew out of work on fostering professionalism among medical practitioners and the recognition that individual behavior was heavily influenced and constrained by the behavior of the organizations in which they work. LOH Alumni

The LOH Alumni convenes a powerful group of 150 international leaders, researchers and change agents from various sectors, including health care, education, community, government, construction, finance and more, engaging in sharing ideas and methodologies in a forum to identify opportunities to apply the transformational approach of relational coordination to improve organizational performance. Relational coordination (RC) is an evidence based approach with hundreds of findings attesting to its impact. It will be held January 27-30, 2022 at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch, Loveland, Colorado.
